COVID UPDATE:
I will always provide care in a safe manner despite these changing times.
For the present, I will be offering sessions either in person or virtually. I have a strong preference for in-person sessions. We will have virtual sessions if you have symptoms, have had recent exposure to someone with symptoms, or have recently travelled outside of Canada. You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon arriving, and we will maintain social distancing.
I will keep you updated here of any changes in my practice.
Take care of each other. We will get through this together.
